At last, here's a common sense,
comprehensible approach to what you should eat...It's easy to understand;
his small book is plain spoken. He explains the mysteries of protein assimilation
and other complicated nutritional facts. You won't drown in medical and
scientific terminology. Perhaps he has borrowed from Stephen King's writing
style.

The Cardiac Surgeon's Diet and
Health Design really changed the way I eat. It is the first diet book that
made sense to me. Dr. Loughridge puts into easy-to-read tables the information
that helps you get healthy not just to lose weight, but to start a new
life. I will never be without the concepts in this book. I would recommend
it for everyone.
